Love Notes

The Love Notes series grew out of a desire for pure play—an exploration of joy through music, dance, flowers, and the expressive marks of charcoal and paint, all within the restraint of a neutral palette.

I work with neutral papers, layering opaque paint, written lyrics, and spontaneous gestures to form patterns and rhythms. Transparent papers allow me to build one layer upon another, creating depth, texture, and a sense of unfolding discovery for the viewer.

Collage has opened a new space in my practice—one of freedom, experimentation, and delight. This series reflects that growth and points toward the possibilities still ahead.
